Equitable leadership means greater representation of females among Minnesota’s top executives and elected leaders. Minnesota leaders are women

Women compose half of Minnesota’s adult population, but only a quarter of leaders across the state. This means that there are three male leaders for every one female leader in Minnesota. There are greater shares of women leaders in the nonprofit and government sectors, but there are still two male leaders for every one female leader in these sectors.
