Justin specializes in policy research, program evaluation, data science and economic analysis using surveys, social indicators, demographic, and geographic analysis for measuring quality of life.

Megan is an IT Analyst working on the Minnesota Compass and Sprockets Database projects. For Compass, she pulls and analyzes national and state data to provide a picture of quality of life in Minnesota’s communities.

Anne supports a variety of projects related to Minnesota Compass. Her research interests are in housing, immigration, and environmental sustainability. 

Sheri manages and creates new ways to use the web to carry out the mission and goals of the Minnesota Compass project. She develops and maintains current and relevant content on the Minnesota Compass website, supports relationships with key audiences, determines needs regarding online communications, and addresses those needs via online communications channels.

Nida supports Minnesota Compass and the Minnesota Homeless Study in fundraising goals and developing strategies for sustainable funding into the future. She has a strong background in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising to support global social development programs. She recently completed an MBA in STEM from the U of M Carlson School of Management.
