*MUST be able to attend two scheduled retreats
*Identify as Asian (inclusive of adopted and mixed heritage [mixed race and/or ethnicity] individuals)
*Demonstrate a connection and involvement with activities that are useful for building power and equity for Asian Minnesotan communities
*Join a growing alumni network
*Selected participants required to complete a background check prior to participation in the program.
