Short Description
reDesignED (founded in 2024) is the first independent research lab in the Midwest dedicated to improvement research approaches. Many of our education design research initiatives include professional learning as part of our research approach. The Culturally-responsive teaching by design: From principles to practice professional learning was intentionally tailored towards MN SEP standards on cultural competence and racial consciousness. We would love to work in collaboration with COMPASS to design studies and offer leadership and teacher professional development that supports MDE's policy goals.
