Housing and transportation index
From the Center for Neighborhood Technology, the housing and transportation index examines housing and transportation costs at a neighborhood level. It allows users to view housing and transportation data as maps, charts, and statistics.
Land use
The Metropolitan Council provides generalized land use data for the 7-county area and its political subdivisions approximately every five years. Statistical tables with land use categories available for cities, townships, counties and metro. An interactive (GIS) land use map is also available.

Center for Transportation Studies
University of Minnesota Center's resources related to coordinating land use, transportation and accessibility. The Center's Access to Destinations Study provides data on the ability of Twin Cities residents to reach the destinations that they need to visit in order to meet their needs.
