A series of conversations more than a decade ago gave rise to growing interests in having Minnesota Compass develop and maintain an on-line inventory of people and organizations working to promote cultural competence and advance anti-racism efforts. With a grant from the Saint Paul Foundation’s Facing Race Initiative we launched the first listing of 40 organizations and programs ten years ago. Now the directory is more important than ever. Supported with funds from the Bush Foundation, the Racial Equity Resource Directory continues to serve as a hub for finding and connecting with people, programs and organizations working together to increase cultural competence and combat institutional racism.

Thanks for submitting or updating a listing for the MN Compass Racial Equity Resource Directory! This directory sees thousands of visits each year from people dedicated to advancing equity. Your accurate listing will help people reach you quickly.

Before submitting an update, please check your listing at https://www.mncompass.org/resources/racial-equity-directory to confirm whether changes are needed.

We appreciate the support of The Bush Foundation, which makes it possible to share this information with the public for free. If you have any questions, contact Justin Hollis at justin.hollis@wilder.org.

Thanks again!
